Our security guards are the face of Stag Security; hence, all our security guards are completely screened before we hire them and, as mandated by BS7858:2012, must have a 5-year history of work with criminality checks and references.

When recruiting security guards, we look for…

Applicants who are SIA Licensed.
Have experience working within security services.
Aged 18 or over.
Applicants who hold a full driving licence.
Applicants must have 10 years of checkable work or education history.
